It probably didn’t help that I had crashed on the floor and took a really long nap in the afternoon, but I couldn’t sleep last night. My mind raced with all sorts of ideas on how to create a solution for the problem we are exploring.

One thing I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is that the thoughts never stop. When you are passionate about something, there’s never an off switch to thinking about what you’re working on. I spent my career in corporate, and I can emphatically say that when I got home, I was ready to turn off work mode in my brain. It’s not that way anymore, and I love it.

We are exploring a big opportunity and there are so many ways that we can try to make our approach. Who do we focus on first? What do we want to learn? How do we keep users engaged?

There’s so much to think about, but the next step will always be execution. I’ve since jotted the ideas down, so now it’s time to put them into action and test things out to see what works.
